RUM-BAR MOJITO


Ingredients:

2 oz Rum-Bar Rum
½ oz Blackberry Liqueur
Crushed Ice
Mint Stark

Instructions:

Add Rum-Bar Rum then Blackberry liqueur in shaker, and then shake for 10 seconds.

Hold Mint Stark in the centre of the Rock glass and Pour Crushed ice, and then pour in
mixture into glass

BACK-ROAD


Ingredients:

1½ oz Rum-Bar Rum
1½ oz Cherry Juice
1½ oz Orange Juice
½ oz of Simple Syrup
¼ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Peach Schnapps
½ oz Apricot
4 cubes of ice

How to Make:

Add Rum-Bar Rum, Cherry Juice, Orange juice, Lime juice, apricot and Peach Schnapps in shaker, and then shake for 10 – 15 seconds for perfection.

KISS MI NECK


Ingredients:

1½ oz Rum-Bar Rum
2½ oz Orange Juice
½ oz Peach Schnapps
½ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz Lime juice
½ oz Triple sec
4 cubes of ice

Instructions:

Add Ice, Rum-Bar Rum, Orange Juice, Peach Schnapps, Simple Syrup, Lime Juice and Triple Sec in a shaker. Shake to 5-7 seconds. Pour into glass with the four (4) cubes of ices and add lime slice to the rim of glass.

Serve to be stirred by consumer

CROSS ROAD


Ingredients:

1½ oz Rum-Bar Rum
1½ oz Orange Juice
½ oz Amaretto
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lime juice
Dash of Blue Curacao
5 cubes of Ice

How to Make:

Add Rum-Bar Rum, Orange juice, Lime juice, Simple Syrup and Amaretto liqueur then shake for 10 – 15 seconds for perfection. add Ice Cubes. Serve in rock glass

HALF WAY TREE


Ingredients:

1½ oz Rum-Bar rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Apple Juice
4 cubes of ice

Instructions:

Put ice add Rum-Bar Rum, lime Juice, Apple juice, and then shake to 5 seconds. Pour into glass with the five (4) cubes of ices and a lime slice.

Serve with stir straw and then stir by consumer

Cane Planter’s Punch

The original Planter’s Punch recipe, made our own in this simple and delicious cocktail.


Ingredients:

3 fl oz. Rum-Bar Gold
1 fl oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 fl oz. Simple Syrup
3 dash Angostura Bitters
Fill with Coconut Water

How to Make:

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass and fill with crushed ice. Swizzle and garnish.

Garnish:

Sugar cane stick and Mint Sprig

The Drunk Palmer

Ingredients:

2 fl oz. Rum-Bar gold
1.5 fl oz. Iced Tea
1.5 fl oz. Lemonade
0.5 oz Simple Syrup

How to Make:

Stir ingredients together in a high ball glass filled with ice and garnish.

Rum-Bar Rum Punch

There is no other drink that screams Jamaica more than a sweet, rum punch. Refresh yourself on a hot, day or

Ingredients:

1 3/4 fl oz. Rum-Bar Rum (White Overproof)
3/4 fl oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 fl oz. Fresh pressed Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 fl oz. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
3/4 fl oz. Grenadine syrup

How to Make:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled Collins glass

Garnish:

Pineapple Wedge and Maraschino Cherry

Easy to drink and easier to make, just remember “one of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak”
(refers to lime juice, simple syrup, rum and water)

2 1/4 fl oz. Rum-Bar Rum (White Overproof)
3/4 fl oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 1/2 fl oz. Simple Syrup

3 fl oz. Chilled Water (or Soda Water if you want a fizzier drink)

How to Make:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled Collins class
